Evening Dinner and Dance Prestonwood Country Club - 7:00 p.m. 15909 Preston Rd Dallas, Texas 75248 Dallas County (972) 239-7111. Tickets are $40/person by August 1st, $50/person August 2nd - August 31st, $60/person thereafter.
