CRaB Computer Services began looking for investment capital to fund our new ventures early last year.  We entertained a number of proposals, and settled on one early in the summer.  I signed a purchase agreement last Friday to allow CodeThis.com to purchase in entirity the CRaB Computer Services assets and the name CRaB Computer Services. CodeThis.com is a rapidly growing company based in Dallas, Texas.  They have acquired approximately eight Internet companies in the past year and they will be building an Internet Data Resource (IDR) in Fort Worth.  Through the IDR, CodeThis.com will be able to offer CRaB's customers many more options and services than CRaB could have provided on its own.  CRaB Computer Services's current staff will continue running the operation during the transition of billing and services, so you should not be concerned about changes in the quality of service.  CodeThis.com fully intends to implement improvements across the board as a result of this event, and we know you will be very pleased with the end product. I know this probably comes as a shock, and I apologize that it has taken a week for me to communicate the news.  CRaB and CodeThis.com are taking great pains to plan the transition carefully such that quality of service will not suffer, but improve.  I am personally overseeing the transition to its completion, and will continue to head our consulting and Internet development efforts.  I will continue to communicate with you as the transition progresses, and hope you will let us know if you have any trouble along the way.
